Vandal Hearts was released on Playstation 20 years ago and was basically Druidstone in that era, lovely PS1 game

I can't find any Tutorial, as far I can make out THIS is the Tutorial

I can't remember playing this part of the game, how do I get back to the part where this Egg is discovered like this?

There is no Tutorial in the game menu, is there a Tutorial in the game? how do you get to it?
